This will be the main and most reliable way to place your order. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order.
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards except American Express and Afterpay.
Order changes or cancellations
Order changes and or cancelations can only be made if the item/s have not been shipped. You can make changes or cancel your order by emailing us. Please see returns policy if your order has already been shipped.
We generally will have your orders dispatched within 24-48 hours using Australia post. Times will vary depending on where you are located, we are based in Townsville North QLD. If you need express post there will be an additional fee of $4.50 which is on top of the standard post fees you will see at checkout, just email us if you are needing express.
All orders are sent via Australia post and can be tracked. If your order hasn’t turned up within a reasonable amount of time contact us and we will help you sort it out.
Refunds and exchanges
Albinism Warriors will not provide a refund for change of mind however you will receive a credit to use via our website if the items are posted back at the buyers expense within 14 days of receiving them and are unused, unworn and in brand new condition with the tags still attached and packaging intact. If you have purchased the incorrect size we will firstly offer you an exchange to the size you are needing, if that isn’t available then you will be offered a store credit , if nothing suits then and only then will we issue a refund.
Any items sent back to us must be in perfect , brand new condition as listed above.
How to make an exchange or refund

- Please email us at email@example.com and we will discuss your options
- Choose what item/s you I would like to exchange for and they will be held for you until we receive your returns.
- Return item/s to be exchanged include a new self addressed label and prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned.
